Registration & How to Apply
Please complete your registration and submit your participant information before arriving at the venue, and make sure you have received your QR code for event check-in.
Registration for overseas participants is available online.
Please follow the steps below to register for the
IPS / S-Series Forum & Seminar Tokyo 2027.
Register & Pay Online
Please use the online registration page to complete your registration and payment.
The participation fee is 27,000 JPY (approximately USD 200).
The actual amount charged in your local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time of payment.
The standard payment method is credit card payment.
If you require an invoice and would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact the seminar office by email for assistance.
How to Register Multiple Participants
You can register and pay for up to 5 participants in a single transaction.
Select “Quantity”
On the registration page, select “Quantity” in the order summary.
Set the Number of Participants
Use the “+” button to select the number of participants, then select “Update”.
Up to 5 participants can be registered in a single transaction.
Up to 5 participants can be registered in a single transaction. If you are registering 6 or more participants, please complete the first registration and payment, then return to the registration page and submit an additional registration for the remaining participants.
Receive the Participant Information Form
After your payment has been completed, you will receive an email with a link to the participant information form.
A link to your receipt will also be included in this email.
If no participation fee is charged, no receipt link will be included.
Submit Participant Information
Please use the participant information form to enter the details of the person or persons who will actually attend the event.
Please register participant information for the number of attendees included in your registration.
Receive Your QR Code
After the participant information has been submitted, a QR code for event check-in will be issued.
One QR code will be issued for each participant.
Present Your QR Code at the Event
Please present your QR code at the registration desk when you arrive at the venue.
Please have your QR code ready on your smartphone or as a printed copy when checking in.

A link to your receipt will be included in the email containing the participant information form.
If no participation fee is charged, no receipt will be issued.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the seminar office by Friday, January 29, 2027.
For cancellations received by the deadline, the participation fee will be refunded less a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after January 29, 2027 are not eligible for a refund.
