The S-Series / IPS Forum & Seminar in Tokyo 2027, hosted by the CLEP Japan Chapter and EvaAviation, will be held on 2–3 February 2027 at Hotel Grand Hill Ichigaya in Tokyo.

As an international event, the first forum was held in April 2024, followed by the second forum in October 2025. Going forward, we plan to hold this event regularly every year in the January–February period.
The S1000D and IPS User Forum, hosted by ASD/AIA/A4A, is held in Europe and the United States during the September–October period, so we have selected this season to avoid overlapping with that event. Although this is the coldest time of the year in Japan, we are confident that Tokyo will always be full of energy. The venue will be the same hotel as last year.

- Day 2: Introductions to related software and support businesses, etc.
